Am I Good Enough? The Delusion of Social Conditioning That Can be Fatal

Celebrity suicides

In a very heart felt speech , the actor Kevin Costner spoke at the funeral of the talented singer Whitney Houston. He spoke of his deep love and respect for the unique amazing person Whitney was and how she was never able to let go of the fear, that these four small words had for her – ‘Am I good Enough?’ Ultimately, it was the belief of this statement that would consume Whitney and lead to her untimely death.

What saddens me is Whitney Houston’s death was not unusual, already over the last few years we have witnessed the tragic passing of so many wonderful, talented, creative artists, leaving their life experience because of the all consuming fear of low self worth. What saddens me more is that those words ‘Am I good enough?’ should never be said…by anyone!

So many people exist in their lives because they are always trying to measure themselves by others. More often then not, it is the pressure from the addiction of the ego through generational and social conditioning; from the main stream religions that expect followers to have ‘faith’ based through fear. This leads to generation after generation growing up racked with guilt and self doubt and most assuredly keeps them at the furthest point from their true abundance and the magnificence they are here to be.

We have entered a new paradigm, a time of awakening and awareness, it is the responsibility of every person alive today, young or old to say ‘enough!’ ‘The blame stops here!’ We are the ones who must clear out all self doubt, low self worth and the incredible lack of love for oneself that is so evident in our societies today. There is no blame, there is no guilt, there is no failure, there is only experience. We ARE the ones we have been waiting for!

It is down to us, each and everyone individual, to understand the illusional nature of fear and to release the negative emotional charge held in memories that get carried through your cells, generation after generation. It is now that you have to take the stand so that the next generation hold no negative emotional memories at cellular level, they grow up clear, centred, confident and always finding the love for themselves first before others.

That might be a curve ball to you, ‘we hold emotional memories in our cells?!’ YES, we do and it is when individuals do not spend the time on their internal enquiry, that the negative charge in memories are never addressed, no amount of ‘thinking’ positive will have any affect because we default back to the sub conscious fear based conditioning, instead of remembering energy does not hear words – energy feels frequency.

Humans allowed the thought mind to evolve beyond our intuitive nature, the focus on the external material projection created a fracture within the thought mind, creating an artificial intelligence that is ego. Ego can only survive in time based thoughts of past and future, which are not real, they are merely electrical impulses. Time is a man made concept and is seen nowhere else in nature.

This is such an important area, from my A Course in Energetic Communications, I created a unique and powerful meditation programme, that talks to every cell, molecule and atom of the body and incorporates my Energetic Emotional Release Technique (EERT). I now advise and consult for the entertainment and film industry, to specifically deal with releasing the emotional memories and build self worth and confidence.

So let me explain the energetic facts of what low self worth does and the means to stop it:

All abundance lies in lighter density/ high frequency and our frequency is directly correlated to our emotional scale*

  • High frequency = Creativity, expectation, excitement, confidence and happiness.
  • Low frequency = Stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, anger and lack of confidence.

So when you hold the belief you are not good enough, you lower your body frequency, which also has a direct effect on your health.

  • A healthy body resonates at 76Hz to 83Hz,
  • Colds, flu and illness begin at 57Hz to 60Hz
  • Cancer is at 42Hz,

So the lower the body frequency the more the immune system becomes compromised and illness sets in.

Compound this with the known scientific facts, you create the holographic projection of your perception, through the transmutation of energy into experiences and opportunities. Therefore low frequency attracts low frequency experiences. Low self worth attracts others who hold low self worth, it attracts those people who have to control others to justify their existence.

Day to day events will show as – getting stuck in the daily traffic jam, the car breaking down, the unexpected huge bill, the constant bickering with loved ones. All in all, low frequency is not a cool place to be!

The process of moving out of low frequency is a step by step process of energetic communication. So here are a few tips you can begin to apply now:

  • It is the power of 3 – Believe it is possible – Trust in the process – Allow. This is the foundation to all conscious creating and self belief is the essential ingredient.
  • To move into higher frequency can take little steps, finding points of appreciation in your day to day experiences will help to raise your frequency.
  • Believe in YOU. You must be prepared the take the time to do the internal work on identifying the negative charges you are holding at cellular level. In accepting and acknowledging these, you are able to release them.
  • How to know what you are holding on to: When you bring back a memory and it invokes a negative emotional response (i.e. makes your tearful, feel pain, hurt, being invisible or anger) you are still holding the negative charge at cellular level.

I live and breath my work and my passion is my vision to help as many across the globe take back control of their lives, their honour and self worth and truly hold the solid belief in their unique magnificence!

My book ‘Untangling the Myth – Where Science and Spirituality Meet‘ has all the processes in place to allow you to do this.

I wish that from an early age in life, more parents taught their children that they ARE GOOD ENOUGH. Even if it’s just from mimicking our parents self doubt…
It’s hard to break the way we have been conditioned to think after many years of living…

    Thanks for sharing.

Very much agree Tiffanie, this also goes for creating ‘conscious’ schooling as much fear based conditioning begins there.
